Located in Norfolk, Virginia, the Culinary Institute of Virginia provides students the hands-on training needed to become a skilled food service professional.

ACCREDITATION

ECPI University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate, baccalaureate, and masters degrees and diploma programs.

The Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts is accredited by the accrediting commission of the American Culinary Federation (ACF).

Culinary Arts – Associate’s

  • Includes the fundamentals of cooking, baking, pastry, table and beverage service, and kitchen management skills
  • Provides standards-based, hands-on training – work alongside professional chef-instructors with equipment used in the industry
  • Emphasizes the mastering of basic professional culinary skills
  • Includes student externships throughout the program to build your experience and resume
